1/2 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
4 pieces mozzarella string cheese, cut in half

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Seperate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Top each crescent with 1 slice roast beef and one half piece of string cheese. Roll up and place on baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.

Love how easy these are! Perfect for a quick dinner or weekend lunch!
I love me some crescents too! I saw this post on my reader before I read it and just seeing name "french dip" made me crave it so much I made turkey dips for dinner. :) I need to try this version!
These look extremely yummy!
Yum! What a great and easy idea!
We tried these for a quick lunch today and they were outstanding! Thank you!
These sound/look delicious! I make something similar with pepperoni and string cheese, making mini calzones. Have you found a certain type of gravy mix to be your favorite?

I found this on pinterest, and we're making just a couple adptations. Tomorrow night is Dr. Pepper roast beef, so we're making the crescents with leftover roast beef, and shredded mozzarella, instead of string cheese. I'm really excited to try it out! thanks for the 'pin'spiration!
We made these last evening for supper. Very yummy & super easy!..I picked up ingredients for your beef stroganoff and the sweet & sour chicken for suppers this week. I will be sure to let you know how they turned out. Thank you! :)
