Oriental Chicken Salad

Ever since Kale and I have been married I have been making this salad. It was inspired by the one Rococos Steakhouse used to make. It's filled with grilled chicken that's been soaked in Yoshidas Marinade (you can find it at Costco) It's then topped with mandarin oranges, pineapple, sliced apples and almonds.  It is a healthy and delicious salad. I estimate that it only has about 350 calories and 6 grams of fat WITHOUT the dressing.. so if your being careful of your calories then do without the dressing, it will still be amazing! If you dont care, then try it with.. You will not be disappointed!

ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD
1 serving

1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
1 cup of Yoshidas Original Gourmet sauce
3 c of fresh Romaine lettuce
1/2 c Mandarin Oranges
1/2 c Pineapple Tidbits
1/8 c sliced Almonds
apple slices
Creamy Poppyseed dressing

Pour the marinade into a small bowl and then add your diced cooked chicken. Let sit in the bowl for atleast 5 to 10 minutes to really soak in the marinade. Wash your romaine lettuce. Chop it into small pieces and then place on a large plate. Then add all the remaining ingredients spreading over lettuce evenly. Take the marinated chicken out of the bowl with a slotted spoon so the excess drips back into bowl (so your not getting all the marinade ontop of your salad, only the marinated chicken)
Drench the salad with dressing, or not! Either way it will be fabulous :) and then you can thank me later ;)

Oh YUM! I'm getting so tired of taking the same sort of salad in my lunch. This would be a fabulous change! Thanks.
